  • What is a returned product?

    A returned product has been unpacked and returned within the trial period of 30 days. For example, because the buyer has changed his or her mind. Or because the size wasn’t what was expected. Our product range varies from toasters and slow cookers to electric razors and irons. The returned items are all subjected to strict quality control and then resold. In case it is even slightly damaged we always mention it explicitly.

  • Is there a minimum order amount for free shipment?

    No, shipment is free of charge.

  • Are the products used?

    No, the products we sell certainly aren’t second-hand products. We have products which either have never been sold, or the previous owner changed his or her mind and has returned the product without using it. The product may have been out of the package though. Our products are always "Certified Refurbished", meaning that it has been thoroughly tested and certified to ensure that it works and looks as new. Our products have a one-year warranty.

  • What should I do in case I am not satisfied with my purchase?

    That’s disappointing but it can happen. Please contact us through help@galoha.com or send us a Whatsapp. You will receive a reply within a day. You always have a 30 days return period on your purchase anyway.

  • Until what time can I make an order and make sure it’s delivered tomorrow?

    As our products are shipped internationally we cannot always ensure next day delivery. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.

  • Are all accessories present with the product?

    Yes, the product comes with all the accessories described in the "user manual".

  • Do I receive an invoice?

    The invoice is not included in the box but you can find it in your Amazon or Ebay account under order history. If you cannot find it, send us an e-mail at help@galoha.com.

  • What kind of products do you sell?
